  • You will be charged monthly for the plan you have chosen. We will reach out closer to the end of your trial to get details about your preferred payment method.

  • Yes! You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. Once you let us know you want to cancel you will have until the end of the current month to use Ready. We will not charge you future months and you will lose access to your Ready dashboard at that time.

  • Ready is a guest experience focused menu, ordering, and payment system that lets you put the power of the dining experience into your customers' hands.

  • No! Ready is a web based application that you can use on the hardware you already have. Guests will also be able to use it with whatever phone they have.

  • During setup we will provide you with QR codes to print and put on your tables. Guests will simply scan the QR code and have access to your menu, placing orders, and their bills.

  • Yes! Ready is designed to compliment the existing system you already use. Ready is focused on enhancing the guests' experience and increasing your turn rate, average order size, and customer guest satisfaction (which equals higher tips!) Your POS can still be a powerful tool for managing your inventory, interacting with the kitchen, or other functions Ready doesn't currently support.
